Focusing on real materials (documents, photographs, advertisements, etcetera), which put students in contact with authentic language and cultural samples, this book provides a wide variety of communicative, grammatical and lexical exercises. It includes at the back the transcripts of the listening activities recorded on the audio CD.

Content level of this title is B2 and C1, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The authors place a great deal of importance on real materials (documents, photographs, advertisements, etc...), which put students in contact with authentic language and cultural samples. The book provides a wide variety of communicative, grammatical and lexical exercises. At the beginning of the book there is a Review Unit, for the teacher to test the students' knowledge. The book includes at the back the transcripts of the listening activities recorded on the audio CD (available separately). This is a new version, in four levels Nuevo Avance from 2009.
