Guyton has changed so much over the years. I studied my physiology as a med student many years back. Recently purchased this new edition for my daughter who is now going through her medical studies. The core secret of Guyton is the way it is laid out in text and illustrations so much better now to enhance the concepts of the reader in fundamental physiology which in later years of clinical training helps the Medical student/Dr to explain and apply these principles more clearly to both their patients and colleagues. An excellent text! - N S Abbasi Write a review
