On the east bank of the Channel at Lake Havasu sits many, varying shops that are built in the style of Charles Dickens Christmas Carole. The Channel is teeming with boats and scantily-clad visitors most of the time, sometimes numbering 20,000 plus. It is drug pusher heaven. After extensive investigation and subterfuge, the cartel's warehouse is discovered spelling doomsday for the underworld. The good guys win, but not before a policeman is killed in the line of duty, a heart is broken by rejection, and betrayal looms over all.
