A great collection of recipes, many of which are simple. Some ingredients were not available locally but the authors had thankfully added suppliers' details. This is a book from which you can make substantial family meals, many are economical and use store cupboard ingredients. There are interesting articles about the foods and places they come from. Worth having not just for the recipes, but as a fascinating coffee table book. -
