JoeI couldnt put this book down its a must for every woman to read. Maggie combines her personal experiences, telling us about the men she met and fell in love with whilst living in Rome, with an interesting insight to its art, architecture, churches and food. I lived every moment and word as if I was there with her; laughing at the humorous parts and welling up at the sad parts. -
Linda HintonAn amazing adventure brought to life by the wonderful descriptions of the sights and delights of Rome. Maggie tells a story that really makes you want to experience what she did - particularly falling in love, not with one but two men! Even though I have never been to Rome, after reading this book, I feel that I was there with her. Through her collection of adventures, beautifully told, she is able to bring the reader along with her. She vividly describes the scenery, culture, new friendships and famous attractions of the city. A wonderful read - I have booked my trip to Rome this year! -
