Publisher's Synopsis
The Ancient Civilizations were able to see the Night Sky better than us in Modern Times, and how much has these sights changed and molded their Cultures. These Celestial Objects were used to Measure the flow of Time and were seen as signs and indications of events on the Earth. Through Astrology came Astronomy and a great understanding of the Night Sky with great many maps of positions of Celestial Objects. The Celestial View and Messier objects change with Time, but in very slow motion when compared to Human Existence. The Stars and Nebulas are not very different today than it was for the Ancients because Space is very large and although Celestial Objects move fast, they appear stationary seen from a far away distance. This makes the sights frozen in Time, and unchanged during a Human Existence. It may take Millions if not Billions of Years for a significant change in the Sky to occur and rarely these changes happen in a Human Lifetime. Slowly the Cosmos changes with Time.
