Kings World Trust for Children now has 180 children in residential care and supports many others in an 'outreach' care programme. Children with severe physical and mental disabilities are also supported by the Trust in a community programme. The Trust runs two rural health clinics and operates a Health Education Programme and HIV/AIDS awareness projects in 100 rural villages.
