I was an angry, Hot -Mess having ANXIETY ATTACKS on a daily basis. I looked for love in all the wrong places which set me up to be in one abusive relationship after another.Then I Set Myself Free! I took that first step even though I was scared to death!I got counseling, finished my education and started helping everyone I could. I wrote my book and developed the SWOT workbook to go with it. There will be more work books coming soon that encompass the rest of the exercises within "Failing Forward" 2nd Edition - Don't Give up!I developed these programs for myself, now they have literally helped hundreds of people! I literally went from Zero to Hero! Not because I helped people but because they were able to help themselves and became their own Hero!I want you to know something - I am my own hero!
