Patrick Brennan, the main character in the previous two books of the Seeds Quartet, The Seminary Seeds and The Military Seeds, is again on the road to discover meaning in his life. Patrick has been invited as a guest on the television show Inside the Teacher's Classroom. The interviewer, John Tetley guides Patrick through his forty years of education beginning with high school, to vocational education, supervisory and management instruction, and Vocational English as a Second Language. Patrick again comes to the realization that all experiences both positive and negative do have meaning and that seeds planted and nurtured can bloom into a productive life.
