This book is written by someone who has been trapped in a relationship with a narcissist for years. Endured everything that can be endured in this regard and finally just gave up tiredness. It's been a few years now, and it's been an excellent time to digest things and get some order in my head. And primarily, to understand everything, because only through understanding comes gradual healing.
Although the book was written motivated by a personal lesson, it is still generally about Narcissism.
