O.C.E.A.N. UK is a non-specialised speculative practice, engaging simultaneously as a small-scale operation as well as a temporarily expanding organisation suited to specific project requirements. Urbanisations is a report of recent and ongoing urban research. The aim is to examine disfunctionalities in contemporary methods of urban planning and to research and set out alternative modes of urbanisation.
